Standard Fiberglass Leads
These stock Hot Rod heaters are manufactured using a proprietary swaging process along with these features:
- High temperature lead wire (up to 550°C), alternate lengths available for custom designs
- High impact ceramic cap to minimize contamination
- Nickel-Chromium resistance wire uniformly wound for ideal heat distribution
- High Purity Magnesium Oxide for superior dielectric strength and thermal conductivity
- 304 Stainless Steel Sheath (316SS and Incoloy 800 also available for custom designs)
- TIG welded end disc
- UL Recognized & CSA Certified
