The 029765 (also known as F029765) TUTCO SUREHEAT Hot Air heater provides triple pass heat exchange within the heater housing. The Serpentine II heater's triple pass exchange housing uses the incoming air supply to cool the outside shell of the TUTCO SUREHEAT heater. This TUTCO SUREHEAT air heater provides a maximum process heat of 1400 degrees F with 2,000 watts at 240 volt power and a maximum of 8 amps. This TUTCO SUREHEAT heater has an overall length of 8.20" long with a 0.63" outside diameter.The housing for this TUTCO SUREHEAT heater is part number 029763.

These heater elements are shipped in a box containing 2 pieces. ALL ORDERS MUST BE IN MULTIPLES OF 2.

A TUTCO SUREHEAT heater life can be as long as 5000 hours, if TUTCO SUREHEAT's heater usage guidelines are followed correctly. Compressed air or air from a regenerative blower can be used to supply CLEAN and DRY air to your heater. Dirt, grease, oil, oil vapors, corrosive gases, and reactive gases will damage a TUTCO SUREHEAT air heater. Compressed air at typically 100 p.s.i. will need to be filtered to eliminate oil from the air supply. Air flow MUST be supplied to the Sylvania heater BEFORE the electrical power to the heater is turned on. Keep maintaining air flow to the Sylvania heater until AFTER the electrical power to the heater is turned off. TUTCO SUREHEAT Air/Inert Gas heaters should ONLY be used to heat air or an inert gas. Using a Tutco air heater with an EXPLOSIVE gas or in an EXPLOSIVE ambient can result in an EXPLOSIVE event, possibly leading to a SERIOUS accident or injury.
