039272-90 TUTCO SUREHEAT air heater 90 degree probe Type k thermocouple with an exposed tip for faster reaction time. The type k thermocouple has a 3/16" diameter probe with an exposed tip to quickly sense the exit air temperature. This thermocouple tip should be mounted 1" or less (0.5" is better) from the exit air opening.

The 039272-90 (or F039272-90) hot air heater type K thermocouple has an exposed junction for faster reaction time. The type k thermocouple has a 3/16" diameter RIGHT ANGLE probe with a 2 inch insertion length and 29" long fiberglass leads with its stainless steel braid protection. This thermocouple tip should be mounted 1" or less (0.5" is better) from the exit air opening to ensure proper control of the heater's exit air temperature. This thermocouple comes with 1/8"NPT stainless steel compression fitting and is also known as 30355.
