This 076029 (OR F076029) TUTCO SUREHEAT air heater comes with an integrated digital display temperature controller. This Skorpion heater is ready to be hooked up to an air supply and plugged into an electrical outlet. Feel confident purchasing this TUTCO SUREHEAT heater knowing it comes with an outstanding THREE YEAR warranty. That is correct – a three year warranty!

This TUTCO SUREHEAT Skorpion heater model provides a maximum of 4500 watts of power and can handle a maximum 230 single phase voltage (Maximum Amps: 12.5). The overall height including the blower is 5.79“, and the overall length is 13.58“. The maximum temperature that this Skorpion heater model can obtain depends solely on the airflow rate of the external air source. The external air supply must always be turned ON BEFORE the heater is turned on to avoid premature burnout. Use a minimum of 3/4″NPT for the incoming air line for best flow conditions. Also do not exceed 5 psi air pressure, or there may be noticeable air leaks within the heater.

This Skorpion heater is portable and can also be mounted anywhere needed in your manufacturing process to quickly pre-heat, cure, weld, seal, or melt.

SKORPION Models without a blower are supplied with a 1” NPT adaptor plate for a separate air source connection (<5 PSI).
