The 076525 (or F076525) TUTCO SUREHEAT threaded inline heater is a Style B design with 24" long 10ga fiberglass leads rated for 105 deg C and 45 psi (3 Bar) maximum static pressure. This threaded inline hot air heater is designed for high pressure AND higher inlet temperature applications needing a 1.25" FNPT fitting on the inlet end and a 1.25" MNPT fitting on the exit end. This HIGH TEMPERATURE hot air heater provides a maximum process heat of 1652 degrees F at 11 SCFM by providing 6000/8000 maximum watts at 208/240 volt 1P power and 29/34 max. amps. The heater is 1.7" OD by 20" long with a 316 stainless steel housing. The recommended minimum airflow for this heater is 3 SCFM (85 SLPM), and the maximum inlet temperature should be no higher than 120 degrees F.

This High-Temperature Threaded Inline air heater can be used for a variety of demanding applications, including fuel cell, R&D lab, automotive, and aerospace testing. This hot air heater is capable of producing air/inert gas temperatures of 900 deg. C (1652 deg F) versus the standard inline heater max temperature of 750 deg C (1382 deg F). The pressure drop average for this industrial air heater is 1.6 psi (45" water column) at 900 deg C and 10 SCFM.

Compressed air or air from a regenerative blower at no more than 100 psi can be used to supply FILTERED, CLEAN, and DRY air to your heater. Dirt, grease, oil, oil vapors, corrosive gases, and reactive gases will damage the air heater. TUTCO SUREHEAT Air/Inert Gas heaters should be used to heat air or an inert gas only. Use with explosive gases or in an explosive ambient can result in an explosive event, possibly leading to a serious accident or injury.
