F078135 or 078135 TUTCO SUREHEAT Max and Max HT Control Panel is designed for input voltages of 240 VAC or 480 VAC (Default) 3 phase power with 30 amps and 50/60Hz. This control panel replaces the F076753 and F076754 control panels. Adding a Tutco SureHeat Control Panel doubles your heater warranty because it provides an extra layer of protection and peace of mind.
The control panel assembly consists of these features:
*NEMA 12 painted steel, single door, wall-mounted enclosure (20"H x 20"W x 10"D)
*3-Pole Circuit Breaker with door-mounted operator handle
*3-Pole Power Contactor with 120 volt holding coil
*Solid State Power Controller--SSR (Solid State Relay)--VDC Pulsed Output
*1/16 DIN Eurotherm Digital PID Temperature Controller with VDC pulsed output for controlling heater exit air temperature (heater exit "S2" type K thermocouple)
+++++++++The temperature controller's PID settings are pre-programmed for optimum use with TUTCO SUREHEAT process air heaters+++++++++
*Local and Remote Control for LAN Connectivity for critical systems communications

*Ethernet Modbus Compatible Eurotherm Temperature Controller
*LED Illuminated ON/OFF Selector Switch, Push Button Emergency Stop, Push Button Reset, and an Over-Temperature Alarm Button
*Internally mounted high-limit temperature control for low airflow/high limit protection by using the heater's inlet "S1" type K thermocouple. Manual reset required via the panel mount push button.
*UL508 Approved, RoHS
It can be used for the 038823, 038824, 038825, 038826, 074723, 074724, 074726, 074728, 074731, 074734, 076418, 077028, 077065, and 077083 TUTCO SUREHEAT Heaters.
