F078135 or 078135 TUTCO SUREHEAT Max and Max HT Control Panel is designed for 240 VAC or 480 VAC 3 phase power with 30 amps and 50-60Hz. It can be used for the 074726, 074731, 074734, and 077083 TUTCO SUREHEAT Heaters. This control panel replaces the 076754/F076754 control panel.
The control panel assembly consists of these features:
*NEMA 12 painted steel, single door, wall mounted enclosure (20"H x 20"W x 10"D)
*3-Pole Circuit Breaker with door-mounted operator handle
*3-Pole Power Contactor with 120 volt holding coil
*Solid State Power Controller--SSR (Solid State Relay)--VDC Pulsed Output
*1/16 DIN Digital PID Temperature Controller with VDC pulsed output for controlling heater exit air temperature (heater exit "S2" type K thermocouple)

*Ethernet Modbus Compatible Temperature Controller
*ON/OFF Selector Switch, Push Button E-Stop, Push Button Reset
*Power ON, High Limit LED indicator lamps
*Internally mounted high limit temperature control for low airflow/high limit protection by using the heater's inlet "S1" type K thermocouple. Manual reset required via the panel mount push button.
