078420 (F078420) TUTCO SUREHEAT control panel is an all-in-one closed-loop temperature control system. Connecting this TUTCO SUREHEAT control panel with a TUTCO SUREHEAT Jet, Threaded In-line, or Hot Air Tool heater helps to ensure safety, the proper power, and perfect control.
It comes with a NEMA 12 painted steel enclosure (16-inch width x 20-inch height x 6-inch depth) and a 40A (8 Kilowatt maximum for 240-volt heaters) 120V-240V 1PH (50/60 Hz) electrical rating. It comes factory pre-programmed for optimum heater life. The control system includes a Eurotherm temperature controller, a power controller, a thermal safety switch, type K thermocouple input, and an Ethernet communication port. The F078420 model has UL 508A certification along with RoHS & CE compliancy.
This control panel allows for local or remote adjustments for optimal performance and safety. It offers local control with stop/start buttons and an over-temperature alarm located on the front of the panel. It can also be remotely controlled using standard RJ45 cabling hooked up to the ethernet port. This allows easy setup for system reporting and LAN integration.

068462 TUTCO SUREHEAT Hot Air Heater - 1,500 watts
068462 (also known as F068462) TUTCO SUREHEAT Hot Air tool has a built-in type K thermocouple. This process heater has a slotted end for applying a flared attachment, (part no. 068472). A 1/4" hot air hose barb connection is provided on this process heater element. These hot air heaters provide a maximum process heat of 1400 degrees Fahrenheit, 1,500 max. watts, 120 max. volts, and 13 max. amps.
