The 074829 (also know as F074829) is a 1/16 DIN digital temperature controller for the S2 type K thermocouple for the Tutco SureHeat Jet heaters 074718 and 074719. This controller goes with the 074835 inlet temperature limit (relay output) circuit for the S1 type K thermocouple also for the Tutco SureHeat Jet heaters.

The 074835 (also know as F074835) is an inlet temperature limi circuit for S1 type K thermocouple for the SureHeat Jet heaters 074718 and 074719. This relay goes with the 074829 exit temperature controller for the S2 type K thermocouple also for the SureHeat Jet heaters.

078420 (F078420) TUTCO SUREHEAT control panel is a closed-loop temperature control system. Connecting this TUTCO SUREHEAT control panel with a TUTCO SUREHEAT Jet, Threaded In-line, or Hot Air Tool heater helps to ensure safety, the proper power, and perfect control.

It comes with a NEMA 12 PAINTED STEEL enclosure (16-inch width x 20-inch height x 6-inch depth) and a 40A (8 Kilowatt maximum for 240-volt heaters) 120V-240V 1PH electrical rating. It comes factory pre-programmed for optimum TUTCO SUREHEAT Jet heater life. The control system includes: Eurotherm Temp Controller, and an Ethernet communication port along with a thermal safety switch. The 078420 model is also UL 508A, RoHS, & CE compliant.
